¡Hola! ¿Cómo estás?

My name is Queralt Sabater. I was born in Kathmandu, Nepal, and grew up in the vibrant city of Barcelona. I’ve been based in the UK for the past six years, building my career as a teacher, translator, and interpreter.

I hold a BA in Translation and Interpreting, as well as two Master’s degrees: one in Translation, Interpreting, and Intercultural Studies, and another in Education. I’m also certified in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (International House & IL3 – Universitat de Barcelona) and hold the CELTA to teach English as a Second Language.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked with learners of all ages and levels, both online and in person. In 2020, I founded “¿Hablamos? Let’s Talk,” a language school in the UK, where I design curricula and create tailored materials to help students reach their goals with confidence.

Teaching is my passion because I love seeing students grow—developing fluency, confidence, and real-world communication skills. My aim is to create a supportive, engaging environment where every learner feels encouraged, challenged, and empowered.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy staying active, dancing, and immersing myself in music. I also love travelling and exploring new cultures, which continually inspires me both personally and professionally.
